Terms of Service.

All products on this site are sold by Stra Tea L.L.C., located in Illinois, USA. You can reach us at Stratibody@yahoo.com.

There is no age restriction on the purchase of Stra Tea products. If you are using a payment method, you confirm that you are authorized to use it.

• Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time before you place an order.
• An order is only confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email.
• We may cancel or limit any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, you will receive a full refund for that order.

Payments are processed by Shopify. By placing an order, you authorize us (through Shopify) to charge your chosen payment method for the total order amount, including any taxes and shipping fees shown at checkout.

• We ship both domestically within the United States and internationally.
• Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays.
• International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you when the product is handed to the carrier.

Because our products are perishable beverages, we only offer refunds or replacements for goods that arrive damaged or defective.

• Contact us at Stratibody@yahoo.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order number plus photos of the damaged or defective item and its packaging.
• We will issue a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement, at our discretion.
• We do not accept returns or issue refunds for buyer's remorse, change of mind, late delivery, refused or undeliverable shipments, or for products that have been opened or consumed.

We do our best to describe each tea accurately, including ingredients and flavor notes. Colors, labels, and packaging may vary slightly from images on the site. Please read the label on the bottle before consuming and check the ingredient list for anything you may be sensitive or allergic to. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, or take medication, consult your healthcare provider before consuming our products.

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or to violate anyone's rights.
• Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data you are not authorized to access.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the site.
• Scrape, copy, or republish site content without our written permission.

The Stra Tea name, "The Best Tea Ever Tea'D"™, the STRATIBODY name, our logos, product names, label artwork, photographs, and website content are owned by Stra Tea L.L.C. or its affiliates and are protected by trademark, copyright, and other laws. You may not use them without our prior written consent, except as needed to view the site normally.

If you send us reviews, photos, suggestions, or other content (for example by email or social media), you grant Stra Tea L.L.C. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with the brand. You confirm that you have the right to grant this license and that your content does not violate anyone else's rights.

The site uses third-party services, including Shopify for checkout and payment processing and shipping carriers for delivery. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

The website and our products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stra Tea L.L.C. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Our products are food and beverage items and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stra Tea L.L.C. and its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or related to your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to your order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

You agree to defend and indemnify Stra Tea L.L.C. against any third-party claim arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the site, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms, the site, or your purchase will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Illinois, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top will reflect the most recent version. Your continued use of the site or placement of new orders after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
